Pasco County Lighting ServicesPermanent Lighting in Pasco County, FL

Pasco County is home base. Tropical Paralights is based in Wesley Chapel and installs permanent roofline lighting, landscape lighting and pool cage lighting across the county, from the master-planned communities along State Road 56 to the Gulf coast.

Wesley Chapel and central Pasco

Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes and Lutz have newer two-story stucco homes, screened pool cages and active HOAs in communities like Seven Oaks, Wiregrass Ranch, Epperson, Bexley and Connerton. Here, clean daytime appearance and warm white every night are usually the priorities, with holiday colors in season.

East Pasco: Zephyrhills and Dade City

East Pasco has bigger lots, more single-story block homes and historic houses around downtown Dade City. Long rooflines, large oaks and long driveways shape the design more than HOA rules do.

West Pasco: Trinity and New Port Richey

Trinity's deed-restricted communities favor understated lighting, and New Port Richey's Gulf-coast air makes fixture materials and sealed connections especially important.

How projects work

Every project starts with an at-home design visit and a written quote. Our installation work carries a six-month labor warranty, and the products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is about one year on most items. We are a new, locally owned company run by licensed and insured exterior contractors.
