About Tropical Paralights, permanent lighting in Wesley Chapel — Local people. A personal approach.

Tropical Paralights is a home-lighting company rooted in Wesley Chapel, Florida. It is being built by two local contractors with backgrounds in gutters, fascia, and pool cages — trades that spend every working day on the exteriors and rooflines of Florida homes.

That experience shapes how we approach permanent lighting: practical about the structure of your home, careful about the details, and focused on a result that feels thoughtfully finished rather than bolted on.

How we work

Conversation before commitment.

Every project starts with a short conversation about your home and the evenings you want. We confirm coverage by ZIP, talk through the look you have in mind, and only then discuss design and proposal details.

Owner names, biographies, and project history are being verified and will appear here once confirmed. We would rather show you less, accurately, than fill this page with claims we cannot yet stand behind.
