Everyday first
The foundation is a calm, warm architectural look you can enjoy on an ordinary evening — not a display that only makes sense on holidays.
Permanent roofline lighting is installed once and lives quietly on your home — warm and understated most evenings, more expressive when there’s something to celebrate. This page explains what that means in practice and how a project with Tropical Paralights unfolds.

What it is
A low-profile lighting system follows your roofline and is planned around how you actually use your home after dark.
The foundation is a calm, warm architectural look you can enjoy on an ordinary evening — not a display that only makes sense on holidays.
The same system is intended to shift toward more expressive color for holidays, game days, and the occasions that matter to your household.
How the track and fixtures look when the lights are off is part of the design conversation, not an afterthought.
Every home’s lines are different. The plan follows your architecture rather than a preset package.
What the design conversation covers
The first step is a conversation about the look you want after dark: which rooflines and details to highlight, how the system should appear during the day, and how you’ll balance everyday warmth with celebration looks.
The exact design deliverable, any fee, supported styles, and controller details are still under review and will be stated plainly once confirmed. Nothing on this page should be read as an approved inclusion or price.

How it works
A little clarity
If you’d light your home for more than one holiday a year — or want a refined everyday look — a single permanent installation replaces repeated seasonal hanging. Whether it’s worth it for you depends on your home and how you’d use it.
Individually controllable LEDs sit in a low-profile track along the roofline. A controller lets you pick colors, brightness, and schedules for each evening or occasion.
Lifespan depends on the system and Florida exposure. We’ll share the specifics of the approved system and its manufacturer coverage during planning rather than quote a generic number.
Roofline length and complexity, number of stories, the system selected, power and controller placement, and installation details. We don’t publish a standard price.
Landscape lighting is something you can ask about in your inquiry; it isn’t yet a confirmed service.
