Old entrance lighting often fails one fixture at a time. We check existing power and wiring before recommending a full replacement or a repair.

Permanent roofline lighting outlines a building every night and switches to holiday colors in December without hiring an install crew each year. It also helps a business stand out on busy roads after dark.
The same system can run brand colors, seasonal themes or simple warm white on a schedule.
What boards should settle first
Where is power available at the monument? Who maintains the landscaping around the fixtures? Should lights run all night or on a schedule? Who controls the app account when board members change?
We help answer those at the site visit and provide a written scope, product details and quote that a board can review and vote on.
Site visit, quote and warranty
Our installation work carries a six-month labor warranty, and the products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is about one year on most items. We are a new, locally owned company run by licensed and insured exterior contractors in Wesley Chapel, serving communities and businesses in Pasco, Hillsborough and Hernando counties.

Do you work with CDDs as well as HOAs?
Yes. We provide the scope and documentation a CDD or HOA board needs to review and approve the work.
Can holiday lighting be permanent for a business?
Yes. Permanent roofline lighting stays up all year, so holiday colors are a scene change in the app instead of an install.
When should a community plan holiday lighting?
Earlier is better, since board approval takes time. Starting the conversation in late summer or early fall leaves room for a vote and installation before December.
Do you light signs?
Yes. We light entrance monuments and signs with fixtures aimed to keep the lettering readable without glare.
