Hillsborough County LightingOutdoor Lighting in New Tampa, FL
Tropical Paralights designs and installs outdoor lighting for New Tampa homes: permanent roofline lighting, landscape lighting and pool cage lighting, all controlled from one app. New Tampa is just south of Wesley Chapel, so we can schedule visits here as easily as at home base.
What New Tampa homes look like at night
New Tampa is the northeast part of the City of Tampa, right across the county line from Wesley Chapel. It was built mostly from the late 1980s on, and many homes sit in gated communities with strict architectural standards.
Conservation areas, ponds and mature landscaping from the 1990s are typical, so many palms and oaks are now large enough to make strong uplighting subjects.
Where most New Tampa projects start
In New Tampa, mature palms and oaks make landscape lighting a natural first project, often paired with roofline lighting that meets the community's architectural standards.

A little clarity
Questions, answered.
Do you serve Tampa Palms and Hunter's Green?
Yes. Both are in New Tampa, a few minutes from Wesley Chapel. We work with each community's gate and architectural review process.
My New Tampa landscaping is 25 years old. Is that good or bad for lighting?
Usually good. Mature palms and oaks give you height and canopy to light. We check for overgrown beds and older wiring from previous systems at the visit.
What warranty comes with an installation?
Six months on our labor, plus the manufacturer's warranty on the products, which is about one year on most items.
