Hillsborough County Exterior LightingPermanent Lighting in Hillsborough County, FL
Our Hillsborough County work is concentrated in the north, right across the county line from Wesley Chapel: New Tampa, Lutz, Temple Terrace and north Tampa. We also serve Brandon and Riverview.

North Hillsborough: New Tampa, Lutz and north Tampa
New Tampa's gated communities, including Tampa Palms, Hunter's Green and Cory Lake Isles, have mature landscaping and strict architectural review. Lutz has golf communities and dark, wooded properties. Carrollwood and Lake Magdalene have older ranch homes under big oaks. Each calls for a different design, which is why we start every project with a visit.
Temple Terrace
Temple Terrace's oak canopy and historic Mediterranean Revival homes suit soft, well-hidden lighting, including moonlighting from the trees.
Brandon and Riverview
Brandon's established subdivisions often have aging lighting worth replacing, and Riverview's new builds are best planned before landscaping fills in.
How projects work
Design visit, written quote, then installation. Our installation work carries a six-month labor warranty, and the products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is about one year on most items.
