Spring Hill
Much of Spring Hill is single-story concrete block homes built from the 1970s through the 1990s, with simple, continuous rooflines. Those are some of the cleanest homes to fit with permanent lighting, and open, sunny yards are simple to light well.
Brooksville
Brooksville has historic homes near downtown and newer homes on hilly acreage outside town. Slopes, big oaks and long drives shape the design, especially fixture aim so lights don't shine in people's eyes on the way up.
Built for sun and heat
Hernando's strong afternoon sun breaks down cheap plastic fixtures and clips. We install outdoor-rated Haven Lighting products and seal every connection.
How projects work
Design visit, written quote, then installation. Our installation work carries a six-month labor warranty, and the products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which is about one year on most items. We are a new, locally owned company run by licensed and insured exterior contractors based in Wesley Chapel.
